ABOUT THE POSTERS SHOWN BELOW
The REM/T in the Park, Hydro Connect and SxSW posters all shown below are not commercially available. They have been produced as initial test/sample prints to demonstrate what we are capable of screen printing and also to illustrate the design approach involved with this type of poster. Find out more at www.handcookedposters.com.
The REM/T in the Park and Hydro Connect posters were both given to the promoters of these events – with the REM poster gifted to the band themselves by DF Concerts.

GRAHAM ROBERTSON SONY CENTRE

Graham Robertson’s Sony Centre came to us to help them focus their branding into two distinct, yet complimentary looks which would interchange and allow cross selling across the range of services they provide. They use top quality Sony products to provide custom home and commercial audio visual installations, which are discreet and technologically up to the minute.
We revamped the existing look to make it more subtly appealing to the audience, and simultaneously created a complimentary look for the AV installation arm of the business, which would target a more discerning and design-led customer.
Both looks were unveiled through a series of literature presented at the ‘Homes & Interiors Scotland’ Exhibition at the SECC, along with a custom designed and built exhibition stand featuring the same graphic elements to tie the whole brand together and maintain consistency.
EDGE FESTIVAL 08

This year, T on the Fringe is no more, but has been replaced by the brand new Edge Festival, which runs throughout August and crams as many of the best live acts around as possible into Edinburgh all month.
We were asked to come up with a branding style from the logo through to supplementary graphics, and visual elements that could be applied to dress venues and make up marketing literature to excite gig goers.
This brochure is the official rundown of all the acts playing over the month – a handy pocket sized point of reference with dates, venues, door times and prices, as well as information on the bands themselves.
